What Qualifies for the Rebate

• Minimum 500 sq ft of currently irrigated turf must be removed
• Replacement must include low-water plants, rock mulch, or permeable hardscape
• Drip or micro-irrigation required for any plants included in the design
• Pre-inspection by CSU before removal (we coordinate this)
• Post-inspection after install to verify completion
• Property must be a CSU water customer

Denver Water Rebates

If your property is served by Denver Water rather than CSU (some northern El Paso County areas), Denver Water also offers a turf replacement rebate program. Rebate amounts vary by program year, so contact us and we'll confirm which utility serves your address and what rebate you qualify for.

Let's say your install costs $12,000 for 1,200 sq ft, and you receive a $1,200 CSU rebate. Your net cost is $10,800. If you currently spend $800/year irrigating that turf and your new xeriscape costs $150/year to water, you're saving $650/year.
